Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return it and receive a full refund if done so within 28 days of purchase.
How to return / exchange an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned – with the exception of trying the garment on for size.
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund or exchange including details of the required exchange.
- Post your returned item in its original packaging to:

- Include in the package a copy of the email requesting a refund or exchange.
Return Postage Cost
This will only be reimbursed if there is a fault with the original item.
Refund & Exchange Timescales
The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
Any exchange items will be posted within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
