Description
This retro design tips the nod to the cyclists of yesteryear. 1963 was the year Jacques Anquetil dominated and took his 4th (of 5) Tour de France wins, also winning Paris-Nice, the Critérium du Dauphiné, and the Vuelta the same year.
Victory for Italy in the Giro with the top 3 podiums, Franco Balmamion taking the win. The following year won by, none other than…. Jacques Anquetil!
Closer to home the River Thames froze over and Mick Stallard won the British cyclo-cross national championship in Harlow, amidst the deep freeze in a snow-bound course.
